Common Questions

How long does a typical AI integration or web project take?

Most projects run 4–12 weeks depending on scope. A focused AI automation or web platform MVP typically takes 4–6 weeks. Larger custom platforms with multiple integrations run 8–12 weeks. We'll give you a concrete estimate in the first call.

What does working with you actually look like?

We start with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your business and goals. Then we send a proposal with a fixed scope, timeline, and price. We work in 2-week sprints with regular updates. You always know where the project stands.

Do you only work with companies in Austria?

No — we work with businesses across Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and internationally. Our core market is DACH, but we have clients in the US and across the EU. Everything works remotely; we're fluent in both German and English.

What does an AI integration project cost?

Smaller automation projects (e.g. connecting an LLM to an existing workflow) start around €5,000–15,000. Custom AI systems with data pipelines and training run €20,000–80,000+. We always provide fixed-price proposals after the discovery call — no hourly billing surprises.

Do you also take on smaller projects or one-off tasks?

Our minimum engagement is around €3,000. We focus on projects where we can deliver real, measurable value — not hourly maintenance tasks. If you're unsure whether your project fits, just reach out and we'll tell you honestly.

What happens after the project is delivered?

We offer optional retainer packages for ongoing maintenance, hosting, and iteration. Many clients stay on a light monthly retainer to keep their systems updated and running. This is always optional — you're never locked in.
